Today our attention will rest on a real jewel, a nation that has not had an easy historical past but that, after the darkest periods, has managed to redeem itself. Known to be one of the places with a high rate of biodiversity (worldwide!), the undisputed protagonist of our mini guide today is ... Venezuela! With our advice, it will be very easy to find the key to Volta that you have all been waiting for, to finally be able to invest not only in a new housing market, but primarily in your life!
Buying a property in Venezuela will be the culmination of a project that, apparently, may seem impossible to achieve but that, in reality, is simpler than you think!
So, what are you waiting for? Arm yourself with pen and paper and don't miss a word: our journey of discovery of Venezuela is about to begin!
Let's start by saying that, from the point of view of landscape, Venezuela is home to a long strip of coastline with archipelagos and atolls surrounded by crystal clear waters. How not to mention the corals, the endless variety of birds, pristine forests and much more.
It is impossible to identify which is the most distinctive place, because there is really an embarrassment of choice! Without a doubt we must remember Los Roques, Isla Margarita, Los Llanos, Orinoco Delta (in the heart of the Amazon), and even Canaima and the Salto Angel cradle of the highest waterfall in the world, Mochima Park, Morrocoy Park with its cayos from the blue sea. But what are the documents needed to access this magical land?
A passport with a residual validity of at least one month at the time of arrival in the country is obviously compulsory. This last part is not to be underestimated, given that there are particularly stringent controls, but as regards the tourist visa, for a period of less than 90 days, it is not necessary to apply. The stay can even be extended for a further three months. The official language is Spanish, but other languages such as English, are widely spoken and used in the country, which is why, for any potential difficulty, just use this "shortcut" language!
Let us now come to one of the highlights of our guide: the cost of living.
