• high levels of profitability. Particular emphasis was given to this last criterion, underlining the respect of the construction times of the contracting companies.

Tel Aviv is undoubtedly the most luxurious and profitable city. With $ 7,000 (corresponding to € 6044) it is possible to rent a house that has already been furnished for a month. Building a property in this coastal area (of any intended use) makes it possible to attract a wide and varied catchment area, given the proximity to the sea.
Do not forget all the other cities that attract tourists on a religious level such as Jerusalem (120 euros per night) and Tiberias, which starts at 80 euros per night.
