Green Building less expensive than traditional: that's why it's convenient
According to the report published by M & G Investments, the most efficient houses are also cheaper than the traditional domus.
'' The creation of a better world '', this is the title of the document, states that efficiency policies, if set up from the initial stages, entail considerable savings that will last long-term. Furthermore, energy savings result in rapid economic returns.
The sector has now settled across Europe, thanks to the strong publicity and popularity of the so-called '' green architecture ''. Even the need to circulate information quickly has aroused the curiosity of investors in the construction and purchase of properties in Italy '' green ''.
Just to give an example, a study carried out by the Green Building Council of Australia has calculated that the conversion of the buildings occupied by the government into '' smart and green buildings '' would bring an annual savings of more than 36 million Australian dollars of electricity .
A considerable amount, which could obviously be reinvested in the sector to further improve existing buildings.
The transition to the green is increasing strongly. Suffice it to say that in 2005 only 3% of non-residential buildings were green.
In 2015, it went to 48% and currently we have reached 57%.
Today around 20% of new smart and green buildings are estimated and 80% of projects on site ready to be developed with a budget of 55 million dollars.
Green technologies therefore lend themselves to building services. Despite the European crisis, in recent years there has been a real boom in this type of residential and non-residential buildings.
The sectors most involved are lighting (up by around 570%) and photovoltaic systems (55%).
Investing in the green is therefore convenient and allows the rapid recycling of the economy.
Italy is particularly distinguished in the sector, so much so that the statistics provide for a larger business volume (€ 28 billion); the occupation of 140,000 people
increasing the value of the properties by 12%.
