Are you curious to know more? You will soon discover how easy it is to buy a property in South Korea. Then all you have to do is make yourself comfortable and book your tickets: our journey of discovery of South Korea is about to begin!

First of all, we will give you a few tips on the documentation you need to leave for South Korea (to avoid last-minute unforeseen events). A passport is required, with a minimum validity of three months. The visa is necessary only and exclusively for stays longer than three months.
But what is so unique about this land? Hang on, because we will leave you speechless.
Let's start from the history of this country, to better understand its origins. After years of domination and especially wars with neighboring North Korea, now this territory looks like a semi-presidential republic.

This predominantly mountainous peninsula is washed by the Yellow Sea to the west and the Sea of Japan to the east. Among the wonders it houses, we remember the province of Jeju, cradle of the island of the same name, located in the Strait of Korea. It is famous for its coastal locations but especially for the volcanic landscape rich in craters and lava tunnels. Among these, it is worth mentioning Mount Halla, an extinct volcano, crossed by paths and, heard, with a crater where there is a lake. Near the volcano there is also the temple of Gwaneumsa, wonderful for its secular architecture.

But this is not the end of it. If you are a lover of social life and modernity in general, you will certainly not miss the city of Seoul, as well as the capital.
The huge metropolis consists of skyscrapers, vast metropolitan areas technologically advanced, all linked by a pop culture that is perfectly linked with the traditional Buddhist temples, palaces and local markets.
Among the strengths, in terms of attractiveness, we include the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, a conference center, with sinuous lines and a park on the roof, the historic palace of Gyeongbokgung, which once had more than 7000 rooms, the temple of Jogyesa, where there are robinia and pine trees.

Now we will get to the heart of our guide, trying to understand what is actually the cost of living in South Korea. To do this, we decided to include a small list of prices for goods and services typical of the basket. Let us remember that, in South Korea, the currency in force is the South Korean Won, which corresponds to 0.0007 euros.
