Today we decided to move to Latin America, exactly in the south-western part of the continent, to discover one of the lesser known countries and often overshadowed by more famous destinations. But this does not mean that it is not a fabulous place! On the contrary, our protagonist today is an affordable nation, with a solid and sustainable economy that, in recent years, is opening up to international dynamics. We will discover together how it is simple, as well as profitable, to buy a property in Chile, without any problem! Yes! Chile is the country on which we have decided to build our mini guide: simple but intuitive.
So, if you are all ready, we can start!
Let's start by saying that this country affects all those who decide to visit it: we can define it as a real paradise. Located on a long and narrow strip of land, between the ocean and the Cordillere delle Ade, it also has island territories, such as the famous Easter Island.
Considering its extension, the Chilean territory is divided into five macro areas: Norte Grande, Norte Chico, Central Zone, South Zone and Austral Zone. But that's not all! It is necessary to remember a very important detail. The seasons in Chile, in terms of climate, are diametrically opposed to the European ones: summer starts in December and ends in February, autumn instead from March to May, winter between June and August and finally the climate known in Europe as "spring". The month of September to November is characterized by the following months.
After having taken a look at the geographical level, let's analyze in detail, which are the documents needed to access this territory. It is mandatory to have a passport with a residual validity of at least six months upon arrival in Chile. The visa is not necessary if you do not intend to exceed 90 days of stay in the country. The currency is the Weight, and the foreign currency is easily convertible.
What about the cost of living? This is one of the most popular questions from potential investors!
