The heat is making itself felt, and now we are right in the middle of the summer season. There are those who seek a cooler place, and those who want to enjoy the full sun and the sea. But one element is common to all: find a place that fits your needs.
As you know, we at Realigro always have as our goal to create a solution suited to the needs of our readers. We base everything on market surveys and on the most desired goals of future investors. So why not take advantage of this opportunity? Thanks to our team, we have been able to identify a unique and rare land in many ways. You are curious, aren't you?
Well, the key phrase of the day is as follows: buy a property in Angola!
So, if you're ready and loaded, you just have to make yourself comfortable and read the next lines. Our mini guide is about to begin!
Let's start with the basics: what are the necessary documents to be able to access Angola?
For this country belonging to South Africa, the passport will be required, with a residual validity of at least six months and with at least one blank page on the front and back. We also remind you that, in order to obtain a work visa, family reunification or residence, it is preferable that the passport has at least two free pages and a validity of not less than one year.
Once the administrative hurdle has been overcome, the question that could often lead to concern is the next one: which language is spoken in this land? Strange but true, the official language is Portuguese, but we also remember other language groups, derived from a multicultural tradition, such as umbundo, kimbundo, kikongo, chokwe, mbunda, luvale, nhanheca and gangela. Do not despair! No need to start taking Portuguese lessons! It will be useful to brush up on English or French grammar.
After understanding how to get around, you should get to the heart of our guide. What is the cost of living in Angola? To give you an overview, we decided to include the products that, usually, represent the primary goods for an individual, with their prices. As a symbolic city, of course, we have selected the capital, Luanda.
